Oil India Q1 profit jumps 60% on higher revenue, stronger margins

Oil India's Q1 profit rose 60.4% to ₹2,870.2 crore, driven by higher crude oil and natural gas revenues.
Revenue from operations increased 33.5% to ₹7,958.1 crore, with EBITDA margin expanding to 51.3%.
Crude oil production reached 0.950 million metric tonnes, with a daily record of 10,921 tonnes on June 27.
Numaligarh Refinery reported a 167% year-on-year increase in profit after tax to ₹1,305 crore.
